In the Ophiuchus Protocol, we call this the Zero Point.

Most people make decisions while they are still “hot”—carrying the residue of the last meeting, the last argument, or the last failure. They are building on top of old rubble.

The Zero Point is the mandatory pause. It is the act of dropping your “Gravity Anchor,” stripping away the narrative, and returning to the Void.

From 0, you aren’t reacting to the world. You are choosing which “colour” of action to inhabit next.

Sovereignty isn’t about being “happy” all the time. It’s about having the wits to return to Zero whenever the noise gets too loud.
